LOST FRAMES BUREAU

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

ARCHIVAL PLACEMENT DIVISION
Effective Date: August 28, 2026

The Lost Frames Bureau (“LFB”) issues physical Assets through controlled archival placement. Each placement is prepared, documented, and packaged individually prior to civilian transfer.

This policy establishes the procedures governing the physical delivery of Bureau-issued Assets and related archival materials.

01 — PLACEMENT PROCESS

Following completion of an order, the Bureau will prepare the corresponding Asset for civilian placement.

Each shipment may include:

  • The issued Asset
  • Asset identification and documentation
  • Certificate or custodial record, where applicable
  • Bureau-issued archival materials
  • Protective packaging appropriate to the Asset

Orders are generally processed within [3] business days following placement.

Certain releases may require additional preparation time due to their limited production, documentation, or archival packaging requirements. Any applicable extended processing period will be identified at the time of release.

02 — SHIPPING

LFB currently ships to [United States / United States and Canada / Worldwide].

Available shipping methods and associated costs will be presented during checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated according to destination, package dimensions, weight, and the selected delivery method.

Once an Asset has been transferred to the designated carrier, the shipment becomes subject to that carrier's handling and delivery procedures.

03 — TRACKING

When tracking is available, a shipment confirmation containing the applicable tracking information will be issued to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become active following carrier collection.

The Bureau is not responsible for delays resulting from carrier operations, weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond LFB's control.

04 — DELIVERY ADDRESS

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placement.

Once an order has entered processing, LFB may be unable to modify the delivery address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned to the Bureau, additional shipping charges may apply before the Asset can be reissued.

05 — LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an Asset arrives damaged, the custodian should contact the Bureau as soon as possible and, when practical, within 7 days of delivery.

Photographs of the exterior packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged Asset may be requested as part of the Bureau's investigation.

If a shipment is confirmed lost while in transit, LFB will work with the applicable carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

LFB is not responsible for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.

06 — INTERNATIONAL PLACEMENTS

International custodians may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or standard shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery period.

LFB cannot guarantee that an Asset will be admitted into every jurisdiction. The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the shipment can legally be imported into their destination country.

07 — COMBINED ORDERS

When multiple Assets or Bureau artifacts are purchased together, LFB may consolidate the items into a single shipment where appropriate.

Certain Assets may ship separately due to release schedules, packaging requirements, or archival handling procedures.

If an order is divided into multiple shipments, the purchaser will receive applicable tracking information for each shipment.

08 — PRE-ORDERS & FUTURE PLACEMENTS

For pre-order or scheduled placement releases, the estimated shipping period will be provided on the applicable Asset's release page.

Orders containing both currently available and future-release Assets may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Release-specific shipping information supersedes general processing estimates contained within this policy.

09 — DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

The Bureau considers an Asset transferred upon confirmed delivery by the designated carrier.

Custodians are encouraged to inspect the package promptly upon arrival and retain the original packaging and associated documentation.

For limited archival releases, original packaging and Bureau documentation may form part of the Asset's provenance and should therefore be preserved.

10 — CONTACT

Questions concerning the delivery of a Bureau-issued Asset may be submitted through the official LFB contact channel.

Please include your order number and the relevant Asset designation when contacting the Bureau.
