LFB-109, designated Baby Hypno Howler, is an anomalous entity artifact recovered following investigation into a series of unexplained visual disturbances associated with unidentified archival material.

Initial examination revealed a juvenile entity displaying an unusual fixation response toward nearby observers.

Personnel exposed to prolonged direct observation reported mild disorientation, visual repetition, and the persistent sensation that the subject's gaze remained fixed upon them after visual contact had ended.

No conventional mechanism responsible for these effects has been identified.

Due to the subject's apparent cognitive influence, observation protocols were established and all recovered material associated with LFB-109 was transferred to restricted Bureau storage.

Following controlled reproduction testing, the Bureau determined that physical specimens do not exhibit the full anomalous effects documented in the original recovery material.

LFB-109 has not been cleared for limited civilian placement.

THE ASSET

Each LFB-109 specimen is individually produced in cast resin and finished as a physical representation of the recovered anomaly.

Every specimen is assigned an individual number within the authorized placement quantity.

Variations in surface finish, paint application, texture, and other minor characteristics may occur between specimens as a natural consequence of individual production.
